How do I sign up for the ALLIES Rewards Programme?
We've made this super easy to do! You can sign up for the ALLIES Rewards Club by simply creating an account, or logging into an existing account.
Once you are registered, you will have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn Priority Points!
To make sure your account is all set, please fill in all the necessary information, such as: name, address, telephone number(s) and/or email address.
Where do I check my Priority Points balance?
You can check your Priority Points balance by visiting the Rewards tab in your Account.
How do I earn Priority Points?
There are many exciting ways to earn Priority Points and help you unlock new TIER Levels:
When creating an account on Account – ALLIES, you will receive 1000 Priority Points
• As a birthday reward you will be gifted up to 2000 Priority Points provided that an account is created on, Account – ALLIES and your birthday information is filled in
• For each dollar spent on stand-alone purchases on ALLIES, you will receive 5 Priority Points
• For each dollar spent on auto-replenishment purchases on ALLIES, you will receive 5 Loyalty Points
• By following our account on Instagram, you will receive 50 Priority Points
• By following our account on TikTok, you will receive 50 Priority Points
• For each verified purchase review (limited to 1 review per product), you will earn 500 Priority Points.
• By subscribing to our SMS notifications, you will receive 300 Priority Points
• You will receive 1500 Priority Points on every third order. Each order will require a minimum spend of 100$.
• To activate our referral campaign and earn 2000 points (valued at $20), the referee (the person who was referred) must use the referrer's link and spend at least $110. Once the referee makes a purchase totaling $110+, the referral will be considered successful, and the 2000 points will be awarded to the referee. Additionally, the referrer (the person who referred the referee) will also receive Priority Points based on their tier:
 • For Silver Tier: you will receive 1000 Priority Points
 • For Gold Tier: you will receive 1250 Priority Points
 • For Platinum Tier: you will receive 1500 Priority Points
 • For Black Tier: you will receive 2000 Priority Points
How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?
Glad you asked! We want to make it easy for you to redeem your hard-earned points. Simply click on the "REWARDS POINTS" section under your user account to view all of our exciting reward options.

First, log in to your account via the ‘Rewards Club’ page.

There are three ways to redeem your points:

• If you redeem a monetary reward, a code will appear to copy and paste. The code should then be applied on the entire order, at the last step of checkout. The code will remain in your Redemption History if you wish to use it at a later date

• Upon making a purchase, a drop down box will appear with option(s) for redeeming a coupon code with a certain value, according to your points. If a code is applied to your cart, but you do not checkout and finalize your purchase, please note that these points will not be deducted from your account

• You can also use your points to redeem a full-sized product from the selected items on our Rewards page. If you redeem a product, the item will automatically be added to your cart, provided that you have at least one paid product in your cart before making the redemption. Please note that any item that has been redeemed with loyalty points cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for monetary compensation. Redeemed items are not subject of refunds or returns.

Please note that loyalty codes are not combinable with any other promotions or campaigns.
Do my Priority Points expire?

Your points will expire if there's no activity within one calendar year.

An activity within our Rewards Program encompasses various actions that you can take to keep your account active and your points from expiring. Here's a breakdown of what qualifies as an activity:

  • • Making a purchase
  • • Receiving a Perk/Reward (e.g., writing a review, subscribing to SMS, following us on Instagram, etc.) except points/code awarded through our Birthday and Anniversary campaigns
  • • Referral completion
  • • Referral share
  • • Redeeming points/coupons
  • • Creating an account 

To collect and redeem Priority Points, make sure you are shopping with the same account and email each time. We will not be able to combine Priority Points from various accounts, even if it is the same account holder name.

What happens to my points if I make a return?
Unfortunately, when you return an item, you will lose the Priority Points you earned when buying the item which you want to return.
What are TIER Levels?
We're glad you asked! TIER Levels are part of our new Loyalty Programme. Each TIER Level is based solely on a customer’s total dollar spent on ALLIES. Simply put, the more you spend, the more you earn and unlock exclusive new TIER Levels.
How do I unlock new TIER Levels?
SILVER: To unlock SILVER Level, after creating an account, simply spend between $1 - $349 in a rolling calendar year when making purchases on the ALLIES store.

GOLD: To unlock GOLD Level, after creating an account, spend between $350 - $1,199 in a rolling calendar year when making purchases on the ALLIES store. If you do not meet your spending threshold after a rolling year from entry date into the tier, you will be automatically moved into the next lowest tier.

PLATINUM: To unlock PLATINUM Level, after creating an account, spend between $1,200 - $2,999 in a rolling calendar year when making purchases on the ALLIES store. If you do not meet your spending threshold after a rolling year from entry date into the tier, you will be automatically moved into the next lowest tier.

BLACK: To unlock BLACK Level, after creating an account, spend $3,000+ in a rolling calendar year when making purchases on the ALLIES store. If you do not meet your spending threshold after a rolling year from entry date into the tier, you will be automatically moved into the next lowest tier.
