Is it vegan?

This product is NOT vegan, as it contains Manuka Honey UMF 16+.

Can I use this on sensitive skin?

We recommend patch testing before use, or starting off only using on the T-zone first and building up. A slight tingling feeling can also occur due to the clays and acids in the formula.

Can I use this as a spot treatment?

Yes, we recommend using the Rhassoul & BHA Antioxidants Purifying Mask wherever you're noticing breakouts. It can function as an overnight targeted spot treatment applied on top of the whitehead.

Can I leave it on longer than the 10–20-minute recommendation?

We recommend only keeping our Antioxidants Purifying Mask on for up to 20 minutes on your full face for optimum results. However, you can remove the mask sooner than the 10 – 20 minute recommendation if desired.

What's the difference between Promise Keeper, Brightening Sleeping Facial and this product?

The Promise Keeper Nightly Blemish Treatment specifically targets the appearance of blemishes and blemish marks. It is a nightly moisturizer and is perfect for troubled skin. The Multi Acids & Retinoid Brightening Sleeping Facial is more of a chemical exfoliant, and while it helps with reducing the appearance of breakouts, fine lines and dark spots, it also exfoliates and enhances the skin’s radiance. It cannot be used nightly and should only be used 2-3 nights in a row each week. The Rhassoul & BHA Antioxidants Purifying Mask is our first clay mask which targets refining and decongesting pores and blackheads while it also helps to boost radiance, protect with potent antioxidants and lightly hydrating the skin.

How easy is it to wash off?

The Rhassoul & BHA Antioxidants Purifying Mask dries down comfortably with no tightness, and washes away easily without tugging on your skin.

What antioxidants does this contain?

The Rhassoul & BHA Antioxidants Purifying Mask unites 6 Antioxidants: Vitamin E, Pomegranate Seed Oil & Extract, Acai Fruit Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Blueberry Fruit Extract. These help combat free radicals and protect the skin from harmful environmental aggressors.

Can I use this while I am using Tretinoin?

We recommend not using our Rhassoul & BHA Antioxidants Purifying Mask while you're on Tretinoin since the exfoliating acid and clays might trigger excessive dryness when combined with Tretinoin. Please stop Tretinoin for at least 5 days before starting to use this mask.

Can I use this while using Retinoids?

Yes, but we recommend alternating using exfoliating acids and Retinoids in your routine if you're new to the combined usage.

Can I use this before brightening acids treatment (i.e. Glycolic Acids)?

We recommend using only one exfoliating product per routine, and not using other exfoliating ingredients after using this mask.

Is this pregnancy safe?

This product is safe for use during pregnancy. We always recommend to ask your doctor prior the use.
